Name: Mary Tattatuapik

Bio: Mary Tattatuapik was born on July 12th, 1960 in Arctic Bay, where she still lives with her husband. They have seven children together. Her mother taught her how to sew at the age of ten. Today she is a skilled seamstress who provides her family with the clothing they need for when they go out hunting and camping. She has taught her daughters to sew as well. Mary is willing to teach anyone who wants to learn how to sew.
